Sound Resource Management Group, Inc. has been working to shrink pollution footprints, reduce waste and conserve resources throughout the US and Canada since 1987. We have experience working with hundreds of businesses, governments, and non-profit organizations.

Recently, an SRMG-managed team of economists and environmental life cycle experts developed two particularly useful calculators, the CEI™ (Consumer Environmental Index) and MEBCalc™ (Measuring the Environmental Benefits Calculator). Both models have been useful tools for studies for, among others, Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, Washington Department of Ecology, Seattle Public Utilities, Portland Metro, San Francisco Environment, San Luis Obispo County (CA) Integrated Waste Management Association, and Belkorp Environmental (Vancouver, BC).

We are excited to announce that SRMG has entered negotiations to form a joint venture with Cypress Venture Group, a Seattle based company providing technology supporting climate change, sustainability, social and business change and green energy projects. Our combined efforts will enable us to provide user friendly, intuitive, website applications utilizing data from the CEI™ and MEBCalc™ for government agencies, businesses and not-for-profit organizations. These applications will support environmental, social and economic change leading to healthier communities, healthier businesses and a healthier planet.
